In a suit involving veterans of the Vietnam War who contracted diseases after exposure to Agent Orange, a district court clarification and enforcement order is affirmed where the district court's interpretation of an earlier court-approved Stipulation and Order that settled a class action lawsuit brought by veterans of the Vietnam War was reasonable and correct. July 19, 2007 – No. 05-56006 – Kutasi v. Las Virgenes Unified School District
In a suit under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 and the Rehabilitation Act relating to the individualized educational plan for an autistic child, dismissal of plaintiffs' claims is affirmed where plaintiffs failed to exhaust their administrative remedies. Read opinion.
