Should people who take bar exam in other states be allowed to transfer their score to Arizona? The Attorney Admissions Office of the Arizona Supreme Court has filed a rule petition to amend the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE).  The UBE would not change the test administered in Arizona but would allow individuals who test in other UBE jurisdictions to transfer their scores to Arizona and bypass its exam, provided they meet admission requirements. While the Court’s official comment period ended on November 15, 2011, the Bar was granted an extension until December 19th. If you would like to have your thoughts considered, please send them to John Furlong. Click here to view the Rule Petition and here to view filed comments.
